Greetings Earthlings…

July 3rd, 2015 · No Comments · General News

Zy zy! Or, as you earthlings say, ‘hello’.

I am contacting you across the galaxy from planet Zygon. I believe you have heard about our wonderful world…

Well, I shall explain my reason for communication: My leader (the all powerful Gon Zy) wishes to learn more about human behaviour. We recently had some visitors from planet Earth and they complained about some of our activities. The tall ones complained that the chocolate in the lakes was too hot and the shorter ones informed us that they enjoy ‘games’, which we have none of.

We did see one family sitting around a table for a long time, moving small objects around a board and this seemed to make them very happy and also sad. They said this was a game.

Please could you help us to understand:
– what they are;
– what you need to do them;
– how it works.

On behalf of the great Gon Zy, thank you.

Let Zygons be Zygons.

Professor Creeper (Chapter Two) by Liberty

The assistants were like nothing Tom and Lizzy had ever seen before. They were not human,for they had purple skin and dark red eyes that were glaring at them from strange shaped heads. Smirking, the strange creatures waddled over two the two children to make sure they were tied up nice and tight.”Ah, I see you’ve met my assistants the aliens Gobble and Gabble,” smirked Professor Creeper. “They used to be humans to, but I brainwashed them so they would turn into aliens and work for me, just like what I am about to do to you!” Struggling, Lizzy and Tom tried with all their might to pull them self out of the brainwasher chair, but it was to late. Professor Creeper slowly walked towards them

THE END Find out waht happens in my next and final chapter of Professor Creeper.(Professor Creeper chapter three)

‘The world’s gone mad!!!’ by a concerned mother

I believe it was OUTRAGEOUS to allow little Amaofi travel to Nyangara’s cave all by herself! To begin with, she could not have been properly prepared for the journey (as she was too young to be trained in mountaineering or survival skills). This means that she was actually LUCKY to arrive at the entrance to the cave of an enormous, carnivorous, fire-breathing, person-eating, bone-crushing beast! The fact that she wasn’t gobbled up seems too good to be true to me and I am now terrified that Nyangara has placed a curse on that burning stick he gave to us. Surely it’s witchcraft?! Last but not least, I would like to add that a child’s place is at home (or in school), being look after by grownups not looking after them.

Yours sincerely,

a concerned mother

‘A lot of fuss about nothing!’ by Mo the farmer

January 26th, 2015 · 4 Comments · General News

In my humble opinion, Amaofi definitely should have gone up the mountain. Firstly, she brought back the python Nyangara. As a result, her father – the chief – didn’t snuff it. Furthermore, despite being very young, she proved that age doesn’t mean you can’t achieve your goals; you’ve just got to be determined! Finally, I think girls aren’t give enough respect or taken seriously when it comes to physical challenges. So, if we keep wrapping them up in cotton wool and not letting them try things, they’ll never be able to look after themselves.

It’s a load of fuss about nothing!

Yours sincerely,

Mo (the farmer)
